First Day as an Editor

I edit English coursework for school kids and this is what I discovered:

1. I hate editing.
2. I suck at editing.
3. Grammar is the pits.
4. This job will only be a stepping stone and nothing more.

This is hard. Writing is easy but editing is so hard.
